Ignite Your Past Competitive Instinct to the Weight Loss Challenge You Know You Need!
Did You Compete in High School Sports?  Did you compete in sports in high school? Did you play tennis, soccer, basketball, run in cross country, or play football? What does it take to make you remember those feelings? I personally ran track and field and just seeing the picture you see here of the girls racing brings back emotions and adrenaline that take me back to the days of racing. What does it Take to Ignite Your Passion to Lose Weight?

The other day, for me, it came down to the fact that my wife's cousin had to have his leg removed due to cancer and we all decided to run a 5k as a benefit for his survival and to help pay for the medical bills. It made me think how many of us are living below our privileges when it comes to health and a healthy body weight.

A Good Challenge Brings Out the Competitive Spirit to Lose Weight!

And so I think that competitive weight loss has a lot of application when it comes to igniting the passion it takes. Simply reach down inside of yourself and remember that it is your health, the happiness of your loved ones around you, and that you have the ability to do greater good if you are healthy and living and looking good! Be your best self, lose the weight through competition, and compete with yourself to be better and compete with others to guide and support each other to the finish line. Just like competition brings out strength between companies in a healthy economy, it brings out the best in all of us as we try to maintain a healthy body weight, or to lose the weight we need to shed in order to be our best self!
